Mixed-Level Pottery Wheel Class

Beginner-Friendly with Room to Grow

Curious about the potter’s wheel, but a little unsure where you fit? This mixed-level wheel class is designed so beginners feel completely welcome, while more experienced students continue to grow and be challenged.

If this is your first time on the wheel, you’ll be guided step-by-step through the basics in a relaxed, supportive setting. If you already have experience, you’ll be supported to refine technique, explore more complex forms, and build confidence through repetition and experimentation.

Course Focus

This is a hands-on, process-driven class that prioritises skill development over speed or perfection. The potter’s wheel takes time to learn, and this course provides the space, structure, and guidance to build strong foundations — or deepen existing ones.

Instruction is tailored individually, ensuring beginners aren’t overwhelmed and experienced students aren’t held back.

Curriculum Highlights
