Self Directed Pottery Time
Need a little more time at the wheel? Want to finish off a project or explore something new at your own pace? Our Open Studio sessions are designed to give you that freedom — a chance to work independently in our well-equipped pottery studio.
Maybe you need extra practice outside of class or, time to finish or refine your class projects. You will have access to the wheels, hand-building tools, workbenches, and the use of our glazes and firing services (usual fees apply). All this in a welcoming, supportive community environment.
Open Studio is available to currently enrolled students, KudoClay members, and alumni. Whether you’re catching up on class work, developing your own ideas, or just keen to spend more time with clay, this is your space to practise and create.
A tutor or technician will be present during each session to manage the studio — but please note: Open Studio is not a taught session. It’s self-directed time to make, experiment, and play with clay on your own terms.
