By purchasing, receiving, or using the KudoClay Gift Voucher, the user acknowledges and agrees to comply with the terms and conditions provided. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the cancellation or invalidation of the gift voucher. Users must adhere to the specific terms associated with the KudoClay Gift Voucher, which may include restrictions on the type of products or services that can be purchased, limitations on the voucher’s validity period, and any usage restrictions imposed by KudoClay.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions:

  • Validity: The KudoClay Gift Voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Non-refundable: Please note that the gift voucher is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
  • No Extension: The voucher cannot be extended beyond the 12-month validity period.
  • Usage Restrictions: Gift vouchers can only be used towards products and services available at KudoClay and are subject to availability.
  • Cancellation: If the voucher is not used within the validity period, it will become void and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Compliance: By purchasing or using the voucher, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions specified here, and understand that any failure to comply with these terms may result in the cancellation or invalidation of the voucher.

SECTION 5b – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

All physical products created by users of our service remain the property of KudoClay Pottery Studios until payment is received in full.

Any physical or service products created by users of our service that have not been collected within 4 weeks of the end date of the users’ agreement with KudoClay Pottery Studios will be disposed of at the discretion of KudoClay Pottery Studios. Students and users who have not re-enrolled in a class must collect their work within 4 weeks of the end date of the term their course finishes unless prior arrangements, in writing, are made with KudoClay Pottery Studios.

Enrolment in Classes: Enrolment in one of our term-time classes constitutes the purchase of a course, not individual classes. Consequently, in the event of a missed class for any reason, we shall assume no obligation to provide a replacement, catch-up class or refund in lieu of the missed session.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 7 – PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit unlawful acts, or to violate laws. You may not submit false information, or engage in any fraudulent activities related to the products or services offered by KudoClay.
